The RWC offers a vast array of state-of-the-art facilities, includes a custom climbing wall, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, a disc golf course, numerous intramural sports fields, a leisure pool, and an outdoor lap pool.

For students with disabilities: if you are in need of special accommodations to participate, please visit the Adaptive Recreation page.

Adaptive and Inclusive Recreation

The RWC values the provision of quality programs and services that are accessible to the UCF community. We are continuously searching for new equipment and developing recreational programs that create an inclusive environment.

The Recreation and Wellness Center has two pools: a leisure pool and an outdoor lap pool. The Aquatics program offers swim lessons, lifeguard tryouts, and SCUBA certifications.

The RWC Fitness Program is comprised of the Assisted Workout program (SAW), Fitness Assessment, Group Exercise, Personal Training, and Fitness Programs. Programs take place at the RWC, RWC @ Knights Plaza and RWC @ Downtown.
