Group Exercise Studios
The group exercise studios host the more than 100 classes offered weekly at the Recreation and Wellness Center. Most of the classes ranging from Yoga to Zumba meet in the main group exercise studio and the multipurpose room, while our Spinning studio hosts our Spinning classes.
The main group exercise room is over 3,000 sq. ft. and hosts the majority of the group exercise classes. People can enjoy classes such as yoga, body sculpting and Zumba in this 3-sided mirror studio. This room is located on the first floor of the Recreation and Wellness Center by the multipurpose courts.
The multipurpose purpose room is over 2,000 sq. ft. and can serve many functions. This room is equipped to be a group exercise studio, a sport club practice facility and a classroom. The multipurpose room is located on the second floor past the cardio equipment, across the hall from the terrace.
The Spinning studio is about 1,400 sq. ft. and is the room designated for Spinning classes.The studio is located on the first floor near the climbing tower.

Group Exercise
The Group Exercise Program offers a wide variety of fitness classes conducted by nationally certified instructors. Various formats offered include but are not limited to: resistance training, mind/body, cardiovascular endurance, plyometrics, and spinning.
