Hospital Boulders is a hidden gem of climbing in the southeast. This sandstone boulder field in northwest Alabama is an ideal locations for fairly-graded, moderate level climbing and has many boulder problems available at V3 and below. Participants will spend their time practicing and learning bouldering techniques. Camping location includes a large natural waterfall.

Orlando Wetlands Park is a city wastewater reclamation project that has become home to alligators and many bird species alike. Known as one of the best birding spots in the state, we will explore the open marshlands and learn about the man-made process to filter reclaimed water, ending the day with a beautiful sunset over the wetlands!
Made famous by Florida's state song "Old Folks at Home", this wild river provides canoers with wide waterways to paddle and opportunities to encounter abundant wildlife as they canoe from one campsite to another along the river.

Learn how to effectively prevent and respond to water emergencies with the American Red Cross lifeguard training. Our courses are designed to arm you with the skills and knowledge to prepare you for a variety of scenarios in and around the water. With our lifeguard training, you will learn how quick response times and effective preparation are vital to being a lifeguard while also understanding the crucial elements in helping to prevent drownings and injuries.
