Join the Arboretum, Recreation and Wellness Center and Wellness and Health Promotions Thursday April 2, 2015 at 5:30pm at the Arboretum East Side as we celebrate National Walking Day. The American Heart Association started National Walking Day 9 years ago as a nationwide-call-to-action for Americans to adopt a more healthy lifestyle. Each year in April millions of Americans lace up their sneakers and walk to pledge their commitment to getting healthy.
Males and females are invited and encouraged to participate in this test to find out who is the strongest Knight. Spectators are also welcome to join us for this high-intensity competition! The winners are determined by who is awarded the most points during the competition. There will be prizes for the top male and female. The event is happening rain or shine; however the RWC will cancel the event due to thunderstorms or lightning.
