Participants will play in a six-week league, followed by a single elimination tournament at the end of the season to determine the champion team. Winners will receive an IM Champion T-Shirt!

Race across campus in this Outdoor Adventure competition in a similar format to The Amazing Race! Teams of four will work together to complete a variety of outer space-themed outdoor challenges that test both mental and physical toughness.

Have you always wanted to compete in a Triathlon, but don’t know where to start? RWC Fitness has you covered! Triathlon Training is a 12 week program designed to prepare you for a sprint triathlon. Participants will be guided through a training program that prepares them to complete the requirements of a sprint triathlon - Swim 1/4 mile, Bike 12.5 miles, Run 3.1 miles. Training will be guided through regular meetings and emails. Training will be a fusion of informational training sessions as well as workouts guided by certified Personal Trainers and Group Exercise Instructors. The training will lead up to the Ron Jon Cocoa Beach Triathlon. There is a bike requirement for the race, not the training.
We will meet January 31st- April 7th Tuesdays and Fridays at 7:00AM (Runs 12 weeks).
Join OA for a weekend canoeing adventure at Canaveral National Seashore. Over 310 bird species and 1,000 plant species call this home. We will canoe to a primitive campsite and spend both nights on islands in the seashore. The trip leaders will teach participants all they need to know about camping and canoeing- but be sure to bundle up, it will be a chilly trip.
