The Group Exercise Program offers a wide variety of fitness classes conducted by nationally certified instructors. Various formats offered include but are not limited to: resistance training, mind/body, cardiovascular endurance, plyometrics, and spinning.
All classes are available to current students and those with paid memberships. Participants who sign up online must arrive 15 minutes early to secure their space in the class. Walk in are also welcome but admittance is not guaranteed due to space restrictions. Participants are not allowed to enter a class that has been going on for more than ten minutes.
To register, click the Class Sign-up link below up to 24 hours prior to a class taking place. Log in with your myRWC Barcode which will be your UCFID (formerly PID without the leading letter). Then enter your PIN, which is default set at your YYMMDD birthdate (If your birthday is March 6, 1978, your PIN would be 780306). If you do not have a PIN, choose the "forgot password" link and enter your Knights E-mail, and your PIN will be sent to you. Once you are logged in, choose the "Register for Programs" link and add the fitness class of your choice to your cart if space is available. You must complete the process to hold a space in the class!
The Hot Yoga online sign up will open 24 hours before class begins. Sign up closes 2 hours before class begins. Please continue to arrive 15 minutes early to claim your spot.
