Small Group Training is a unique fitness experience for students and members. Join certified personal trainers and 4-8 fellow participants in a 5 week program designed to challenge, and gradually advance a specific fitness skill or goal. Enjoy more personalized instruction, with a group that is more intimate, and goal-oriented. This is a great option for those that are looking for an effective, high quality workout that is focused on skill development, motivation and enhanced fitness at a very affordable cost.

Can't make it to one of our regularly scheduled small group fitness sessions? Have a small group that would like to workout together? Complete the interest form below and we'll do our best to create a personalized class at a time that is convenient for you and your small group. We only need a minimum of four people (8 max) to customize your personal small group fitness training. Once a group of 4-8 participants have requested, scheduled, and paid for a private a la carte Small Group Training class, there will be no changes or refunds.
Are you new to running and looking forward to running your first 5K? Couch to 5K incorporates cardiovascular and strength training to get you ready to run 3.1 miles .Your Small Group Training coach will keep you motivated, help improve your running form and technique, and design effective walking and running intervals to fully prepare you to complete a 5K!

Kettlebell training is great for core strength and power. You’ll build muscle while still burning calories by keeping your heart rate up. And because they come in so many sizes, this workout grows with you as you get stronger. Kettlebells are a fantastic way to get your cardio and strength workouts done in under an hour.
This program is Kickboxing inspired program that will enhance both your fitness and self-defense levels. The program will incorporate a technique-based portion as well as a practical portion that incorporates the skills learned to enhance overall cardiovascular and muscular fitness. Because we will be utilizing the kickboxing bags, participants will be required to provide their own gloves and hand wraps.
Learn how to properly execute Olympic Lifts like the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. An experienced coach will teach you proper form and help you develop strength. Participants will learn and utilize technique drills and progressions for training variations of Olympic lifting.
