Small Group Training is a unique fitness experience for students and members. Join certified personal trainers and 4-8 fellow participants in a 5 week program designed to challenge, and gradually advance a specific fitness skill or goal. Enjoy more personalized instruction, with a group that is more intimate, and goal-oriented. This is a great option for those that are looking for an effective, high quality workout that is focused on skill development, motivation and enhanced fitness at a very affordable cost.

Using the game of tennis as a vehicle to get people active and interested in engaging in group exercise and/or tennis-related activities. Goals include improving tennis skills, form and knowledge while having fun increasing cardiovascular fitness.
Can't make it to one of our regularly scheduled small group fitness sessions? Have a small group that would like to workout together? Complete the interest form below and we'll do our best to create a personalized class at a time that is convenient for you and your small group. We only need a minimum of four people (8 max) to customize your personal small group fitness training. Once a group of 4-8 participants have requested, scheduled, and paid for a private a la carte Small Group Training class, there will be no changes or refunds.
In this course, we will focus on core philosophies and techniques that will advance your personal practice. By the end of this series, you will have a greater understanding of breathing techniques, the 8 limbs of yoga, specific alignments, yoga poses for the chakra system, Sanskrit terms, and more. A journal is highly recommended and reading materials will be provided.
Functional training which builds strength and power on top of optimal movement patterns. This small group training is designed to improve movement mechanics as well as challenge patrons to push themselves through various up-tempo full-body workouts in a friendly and competitive environment.
This is an advanced level yoga class designed for participants that already have a basic level of Yoga practice. The program is designed to advance into complex arm balance and inversion positions. Each session will include one on one time working through various advanced poses including headstand, firefly, dolphin pose, and much more! The class will also contain a 30-45 minute practice that incorporates the poses that have been learned.
In this small group training, the individual would improve on their overall skill level in the art of kickboxing with the introduction of basic techniques (with a focus in Taekwondo) as well as improving overall agility and stability. Goals of this program include improvements in:
- stamina and agility
- hip and shoulder mobility
- core stability
- stress management
- body awareness
