Small Group Training is a unique experience that allows students and RWC members the opportunity to focus on specific fitness goals over a five week period (two, one-hour sessions a week) of time with a group of like-minded individuals. Participants will receive one-on-one attention with the help of a certified Personal Trainer or Group Exercise Instructor.
Cost: Students $50, RWC Members $65
Click on the link below to view a description of each Small Group Training offering. Sessions are offered on demand.
If you would like to create your own session, find a group of 4-8 individuals who have similar goals and are able to train at the same time. From there, please contact the Strength and Conditioning Graduate Assistant, Robert O'Mullan, at Robert.Omullan@ucf.edu with your desired formats, days and times you are available to train, as well as the amount of people in your group. Once that information has been collected and you receive confirmation, a certified instructor/trainer will create a program for your group!
