The Recreation & Wellness Center provides memberships to the National Training Center in Clermont, FL for all currently enrolled UCF-South Lake students. The National Training Center is a 300-acre sports, health, fitness and education campus which is unique not only throughout the state of Florida, but also throughout the world. The NTC unites world-class sports and athletic facilities with a hospital, medical office buildings, community college and four-year University.

In addition, the RWC works closely with Regional Outreach Services and Regional Campus Student Services to offer recreation related programs and activities on the UCF-South Lake campus as an extension of services offered in Orlando. Each semester this changes based upon demand and new requests. Check out the calendar to the right for information about events coming up on your campus!
