UCF South Lake
The Recreation & Wellness Center provides memberships to the National Training Center in Clermont, FL for all currently enrolled UCF-South Lake students. The National Training Center is a 300-acre sports, health, fitness and education campus which is unique not only throughout the state of Florida, but also throughout the world. The NTC unites world-class sports and athletic facilities with a hospital, medical office buildings, community college and four-year University.

In addition, the RWC works closely with Student Outreach Services and Regional Campus Student Services to offer recreation related programs and activities on the UCF-South Lake campus as an extension of services offered in Orlando. Each semester this changes based upon demand and new requests.
