Congratulations on being selected to work at one of the most fun places at the University of Central Florida! In order for your hiring to go as smoothly as possible, please review these five (5) simple steps. We look forward to having you on board!

1 The first thing you must do as a new employee going through the hiring process is to set up an appointment with the office manager to complete your hiring packet. Please call our office to schedule an appointment.

2 You'll need to start gathering the following documents to bring with you to your hiring appointment:

  • UCF Card
  • Current Class Schedule
  • Appropriate Form of Identification (See I-9 Form)

3 Before you begin employment you must review the following items in order to complete Steps 4 and 5. You must review the RWC Student Employee Handbook and watch the PowerPoint presentation in order to complete the quiz at the end. The CPR/First Aid schedule provided is to let you see when the different Risk Management classes are being offered. Remember, these classes must be taken within 30 days of employment. Space is limited so don't wait to sign up for a class!

4 Complete the Handbook acknowledgement and quiz by signing the acknowledgement and answering the questions from the quiz on the spaces provided.

5 Go to your appointment with all the documents from Step 2, the Risk Management classes you are available to take from Step 3 and the Handbook/Answer Sheet from Step 4.
