Primary Function

To provide excellent customer service and monitor user entrances to facility.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist members and guests with access and usage of the Recreation and Wellness Center. Ensure all policies and procedures for the Recreation and Wellness Center are enforced. Assist members and guests with all of their equipment needs. Perform all duties in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner. Keep work area clean. Execute emergency procedures when necessary.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must possess effective communication skills and organizational skills.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Must be aware of the guests’ needs.
• Must be willing to maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Current American Red Cross CPR, AED and First Aid certifications or must obtain within thirty days of employment and familiarity with emergency procedures.
