RWC Park Attendant

Primary Function

To provide excellent customer service, monitor users’ entrance, and uphold the policies for the RWC Park.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist members and guests with access and usage of the Recreation and Wellness Center.
• Ensure all policies and procedures for the Recreation and Wellness Center are enforced.
• Assist members and guests with all of their equipment needs.
• Perform all duties in a courteous, prompt, and professional manner.
• Move heavy objects such as soccer goals and other equipment throughout the RWC Park.
• Assist Intramural Sports with equipment and shirt check out.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current American Red Cross CPR and First Aid certifications or must obtain within thirty days of employment and familiarity with emergency procedures.
• Must possess effective communication skills and organizational skills.
• Must have good customer service skills.
• Must be aware of the student and member needs.
• Must have current American Red Cross CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
