In Phase 2.1 of our reopening plan, several of the RWC’s outdoor recreation facilities will remain open with limited capacity including RWC Park, Disc Course, Softball/Baseball Complex, Sport Club Grass Fields, and the North Grass Field.
Face coverings are required at all time and students must fill out the COVID-19 Daily Self-Checker before using our facilities.
The RWC will continue to remain flexible due to local health conditions in our reopening plans and may alter at any time based on the guidance provided by UCF as well as state and local health officials. COVID emergency response may be limited and that for potential life sustaining injuries priority will be given to calling 911.
The park is located on the south end of campus near Housing and Residence life and behind the Barbara Ying Center.
Reservations at the RWC Park are currently available for UCF RSOs only

Out of an abundance of caution and to allow the RWC to continue to offer this outdoor space for users to get exercise outside, limiting groups for outdoor sports play decreases the number of other students you can come in contact with. These capacity limits have been approved by UCF’s public health experts.
The green grass blades are made out of a polyethylene fiber which is "infilled" with a 70% rubber and 30% sand mixture. The entire turf system is manufactured by Sportexe, which currently has fields at M & T Bank Stadium (Home of the Baltimore Ravens) and the Louisiana Superdome (Home of the New Orleans Saints). You'll be playing on the same exact surface as NFL teams as well as several college stadiums.
