RWC+ (Keeping active from anywhere)

RWC+ Keeping Active from Anywhere

During this extraordinary time of change and adjustment to university operations, the RWC is here for you.

If you need captioning access or another accommodation in order to participate in our live or Zoom events, please contact Andrea Snead at andrea.snead@ucf.edu. At least 48 hours’ notice best assures that we can coordinate necessary access.

Wellness and Health Promotion Services

From cooking demos, to educational workshops and services on stress management, safe sex, nutrition, sleep, healthy relationships, and body image. WHPS has exceptional resources for a student’s overall well-being.

Due to the nature of remote participation in RWC+ programs, participants using these resources must participate at their own risk and assume responsibility for their own health and safety. It is strongly recommended that all participants consult a physician and/or have a physical exam prior to participation in any exercise program. Participants are urged to comply with all university directives regarding social distancing while utilizing these resources. Please view our assumption of risk policy for more information
