Due to the football game, the Main RWC and Lap Pool will close at 1:30 PM. All other RWC facilities will be closed.
I became a personal trainer to help others feel strong, confident, and healthy. Fitness changed my life, and I want to empower people to reach their goals, overcome challenges, and discover what they are truly capable of.
Along my own fitness journey, I went through the usual growing pains which lead me to injuries and bad habits. This drew me to be a personal trainer to help prevent others avoid these pains while getting a jump start into the gym community.
I started as a Group Exercise Instructor, inspired by seeing people grow and thrive. Becoming a Personal Trainer allowed me to guide individuals more closely, helping them improve, feel better, and become the strongest, healthiest version of themselves.
