RWC Phase I Outdoor Facility Re-openings

As part of Phase I of our reopening plan, the RWC has opened parts of the RWC Park, Lake Claire, and the Tennis courts as well as contactless outdoor gear rental. In addition to these openings we will continue to offer our RWC+ virtual program offerings. For more information please visit our RWC Reopening and FAQ COVID-19 page. The main RWC building and other facilities will remain closed during UCF’s period of remote instruction, and we look forward to reopening at a later time with additional safety measures in place. Fitness



In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the RWC is currently offering fitness programs in a remote fashion as part of our RWC+ offerings. See below for more information!

Streaming Fitness Classes

Some of your favorite RWC Group Exercise instructors go live throughout the week on the RWC’s Instagram feed to offer home workouts in formats such as Yoga, Barre, HIIT, Cardio Kickboxing, Pilates and more.

Virtual Personal Training

Need help creating an at-home fitness program? Click the link below to request a FREE 20 minute consultation with a certified personal trainer! Questions can range between checking on your form and no-equipment alternatives to creating fitness goals and programs.

Group Exercise

Group Exercise classes including Yoga, F45, Pilates, Cycle, Zumba, Hip Hop Cardio and many other aerobic and resistance classes. Group Exercise takes place at the main RWC, RWC @ Knights Plaza and RWC @ Downtown.

Personal Training

Personal Training is available to all students and RWC members at UCF. Sessions are 60 minutes long and the initial consultation is FREE.

Fitness Assessments

Free fitness assessments by a certified personal trainer are available to students and RWC members during our open hours or by appointment.

Fitness Programs

The RWC offers several special events in the form of fitness programs each semester. These include our Half Marathon Training Program, MidKnight 5K, Powerlifting Competition, Cultural Dance Series, Biggest Winner, Yoga Under the Stars, Aqua Zumba and many more. Fitness Education and Certifications

The RWC’s Fitness program employs certified student personal trainers and group exercise instructors. Students that do not already have a certification can take advantage of our in-house education programs in pursuit of an accredited certification.
