Group Exercise offers a wide variety of fitness classes conducted by nationally certified instructors. Various formats offered include but are not limited to: resistance training, mind/body, cardiovascular endurance, plyometrics, and cycling.
Current Schedules and Class Descriptions
All classes are available to current students and those with paid RWC memberships.
Individuals can always walk-in to any class listed on the schedule, however for some of our most popular classes we strongly recommend making a reservation in advance in order to guarantee your spot.
Participants who reserve a spot online can do so 24 hours before the start of any class and must arrive 15 minutes early to secure their space in the class. Walk-ins are also welcome but admittance is not guaranteed due to space restrictions. Participants are not allowed to enter a class that has been going on for more than five minutes.

You are now registered! All classes are 55 minutes in length unless otherwise noted. Please bring a water bottle to all classes.
Note that if a class you are interested in is full, we encourage you to attend as space typically will become available for stand-bys for certain formats. Note that outdoor classes have the potential to be canceled if the weather is unsafe.
Reserve a spot in a Group Exercise class
Group Exercise classes take place in a variety of locations. Please view the current schedule for a list of locations that correspond to each class. Among the facilities are:
RWC Group Exercise Room: 1st Floor of the RWC adjacent to Basketball Court 3
RWC Cycle Studio: 1st Floor of the RWC. Take the main staircase behind Member Services and the room will be on the left.
RWC Multipurpose Room: 2nd floor of the RWC. After entering at Member Services, head past the cardio floor and the room will be on the right.
RWC @ Knights Plaza Mind & Body Studio: Located in the RWC Satellite Facility next to the Addition Arena.
RWC @ Downtown: Located in the 2nd floor of the UnionWest Building at UCF Downtown
