Group Exercise offers a wide variety of fitness classes conducted by nationally certified instructors. Various formats offered include but are not limited to resistance training, mind/body, cardiovascular endurance, plyometrics, and cycling.

If for any reason you are unable to attend the class you registered for, we ask that you kindly cancel your reservation. Since our Group Exercise classes have reservations, canceling your spot will mean giving someone else the opportunity to attend.

Reservations are not required however due to the popularity of many formats, it is highly recommended. Participants who reserve a spot online can do so 24 hours before the start of any class and must arrive 15 minutes early to secure their space in the class.
You may arrive prior to a class if you did not make a reservation and will be admitted on a space-available basis once participants with reservations have been checked in.
To make a reservation:
You are now registered! All classes are 30-55 minutes in length unless otherwise noted. Please bring a towel and water bottle. If you make a reservation and decide you cannot make it for your workout, please cancel your reservation to open up a spot for another Knight. Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to class.
