Group Exercise offers a wide variety of fitness classes conducted by nationally certified instructors. Various formats offered include but are not limited to: resistance training, mind/body, cardiovascular endurance, plyometrics, and cycling.
Due to COVID-19, the RWC will offer several formats to help students stay engaged while promoting safety in our new environment.

All classes are available to current students and those with paid RWC memberships.
Participants who reserve a spot online can do so 24 hours before the start of any class and must arrive 10 minutes early to secure their space in the class.
Walk-ins are not permitted for Spring 2021. Participants are not allowed to join a class that has been going on for more than five minutes.

You are now registered! All classes are 30-55 minutes in length unless otherwise noted. Please bring a towel, water bottle and facial covering to all classes. Outdoor classes where physically distancing can be maintained throughout will not require a facial covering after check-in. If you make a reservation and decide you cannot make it for your workout, please cancel your reservation to open up a spot for another Knight. Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to class.
