Group Exercise

Group Exercise offers a wide variety of fitness classes conducted by nationally certified instructors. Various formats offered include but are not limited to: resistance training, mind/body, cardiovascular endurance, plyometrics, and cycling.

Due to COVID-19, the RWC will offer several formats to help students stay engaged while promoting safety in our new environment.

  • Online virtual classes will take place with an in-studio instructor.
    • Registration for Group Exercises classes open 24 hours in advance. View the current schedule below and reserve your spot in advance.
    • Information to access the Zoom class link will be sent to you via e-mail after registering.
  • In-person, physically distanced outdoor classes will take place.
    • Registration for Group Exercises classes open 24 hours in advance. View the current schedule below and reserve your spot in advance.
    • Bring your UCF ID to the class location and check-in. Facial covering required during check-in.
    • For all in-person classes, please be sure to bring water and a mat/towel.

Request a Private Group Exercise Class (for RSOs)

All classes are available to current students and those with paid RWC memberships.

Participants who reserve a spot online can do so 24 hours before the start of any class and must arrive 10 minutes early to secure their space in the class.

Walk-ins are not permitted for Spring 2021. Participants are not allowed to join a class that has been going on for more than five minutes.

To make a reservation:

  1. Click on the reservation link below and click the “log in” link on the top right-hand size
  2. Select the orange “Sign in with UCF NID” button on the right-hand side and sign in with your credentials
  3. Select the class title and then click “Register” for any available classes in the next 24 hours. The number of open spots available will be listed.
  4. Click checkout (There is no cost for Group Exercise classes, so the charge will be listed as $0.00)

You are now registered! All classes are 30-55 minutes in length unless otherwise noted. Please bring a towel, water bottle and facial covering to all classes. Outdoor classes where physically distancing can be maintained throughout will not require a facial covering after check-in. If you make a reservation and decide you cannot make it for your workout, please cancel your reservation to open up a spot for another Knight. Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour prior to class.

Canceling your Spot in Class

If for any reason you are unable to attend the class you registered for, we ask that you kindly cancel your reservation. Since our Group Exercise classes are limited in capacity, canceling your spot will mean giving someone else the opportunity to attend.

How to cancel:

  1. Visit
  2. Login with your NID and NID Password.
  3. Once logged in, click your NID in the top right corner of the screen.
  4. A drop down box will appear—click “profile”
  5. On the left hand side, select “Programs” and then “Registrations”
  6. Find the class you wish you cancel and select the three yellow dots on the far right side.
  7. Select “Cancel Registration” from the drop down menu.

If you are having any trouble with this, please email and you will be manually removed from the class.
