Coordinator | Outdoor Adventure 407-823-2408 brandi.bates@ucf.edu Brandi Bates, originally from Leawood, Kansas, earned her B.S. in Human Services and Non Profit Management from the Loyola University Chicago (LUC) and her M.S. in Recreation, Park, Tourism Administration with an emphasis on Outdoor Education from Western Illinois University. Following fieldwork as an instructor with various outdoor organizations, Brandi returned to campus recreation as the outdoor coordinator for LUC from 2019-2021. She transitioned to the University of Central Florida in 2021 and has loved working with UCF students ever since! Brandi also works as an instructor for the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). When she is not at work, you can find her exploring Orlando restaurants, attempting to salsa dance (very badly), or going to a yoga class! < Back
