Brandi was raised in Leawood, a suburb of Kansas City (on the Kansas side!). She received her bachelor’s degree in Human Services with a minor in Psychology from the Loyola University Chicago. She went on to complete her Masters of Recreation, Park, and Tourism Administration at Western Illinois University, where she worked as the Graduate Assistant for the Environmental Conservation Outdoor Education Expedition (ECOEE). Following graduation, Brandi served as the coordinator for Ramble Outdoors, Loyola’s outdoor program, before joining Outdoor Adventure at UCF. In her free time, Brandi enjoys live music, trying new food spots, and hanging out with Keo, the cutest dog that ever existed despite not actually being her dog.
