Joseph, a Chicago native, has built a strong foundation in sports and community engagement through various professional experiences. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Individual Design from Lesley University in Cambridge, MA, where he also played college basketball. His early experience includes working at MIT Recreation, where he developed his skills in promoting wellness and managing recreational programs. Joseph further honed his expertise by working with the Boston Celtics in youth development and gameday operations.
Currently, Joseph is pursuing his master’s degree in the DeVos Sports Business Management program while serving as the Graduate Assistant in Marketing and Community Relations at the downtown recreation center. In addition, he is working with the Orlando Magic, contributing to sports operations and community initiatives. In both roles, Joseph manages outreach efforts, promotes wellness programs, and strengthens engagement between the organizations and the community.
In his free time, Joseph enjoys playing basketball, mentoring young athletes, and creating inspiring content. His diverse background and passion for community engagement position him to continue making a significant impact in the sports and recreation industry.
