Facilities Scheduler Assistant


Primary Function

To assist the RWC facility scheduler with reservation requests and event management duties. This position will serve in an office environment providing customer service in-person, online and over the phone.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive and process all RWC facility reservation requests.
  • Enter internal and external facility reservations into RWC management software
  • Assist program areas with coordinating staffing and setup needs for special events
  • Understand and answer questions pertaining to reservation policies
  • Assist with administrative duties within reservations including payments and liability processes
  • File and track event summary forms
  • Assist with other reservation and facilities duties as assigned
  • Assist customers in the absence of Facilities Scheduler

Requirements

  • Possess effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Possess a passion for working with others and being a team player.
  • Have strong comfort working with technology and computer software
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as Google Documents
  • Be understanding and sensitive to working with diverse populations.
  • Must obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
