Our semi-annual Knight of Zen is a peaceful evening of back to back mind body classes like Yoga, Meditation, and Pilates. Try several different class-styles all in one 1.5 hour session. No experience required!

Students who are serious about power lifting are encouraged to participate in the RWC’s annual Power Lifting Competition. Each participant will be given three attempts on squat, bench press, and deadlift to earn their highest total (the sum of the three lifts) and a chance to be the UCF RWC’s power lifting champion! This is a raw lifting competition.

In this workshop, we will cover the basics of competition style powerlifting. We will go through all three lifts and talk about the rules and regulations of powerlifting. This workshop is designed to benefit both those who are experienced and looking to further sharpen their skill set, and those who are new to resistance training and would like to learn more about the squat, bench, and deadlift.

Want to learn how to lift weights and get stronger? Our Women on Weights program is for you! All female-identifying persons are invited to this 6-week small group training program on how to use fitness equipment and how to program your own workouts.

Join us for a relaxing morning Yoga flow followed by a coffee break to socialize with other yogis! Event occurs at the Main RWC in the Group Exercise Studio I.
