During During UCF’s period of remote instruction and the RWC closure due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all RWC programs are taking place online through our RWC+ offerings. For students interested in assisted workout, please see the information below and fill out our interest form to discuss remote opportunities.

RWC+ Student Assisted Workout (SAW)

The RWC partners with UCF students enrolled in the Doctorate in Physical Therapy program to provide FREE assisted workouts to students with disabilities including new online workouts for students to try at home. All Student Assisted Workout Trainers work in consultation with UCF Physical Therapy Faculty members.

The mission of the UCF Student Assisted Workout Program is to promote health and wellness through inclusive and individualized fitness programs.

Our goals:
• Encourage lifelong physical activity
• Promote independence
• Enhance campus experience
• Provide access to campus facilities & programs
