Leah Freeman Posted Tuesday, January 23, 2024 @ 4:12 PM Orlando, FL (January 22, 2024) – We are thrilled to share the exciting news that the Recreation & Wellness Center has been selected as the host venue for the upcoming 2024 NFL Flag Youth National Championship, which will take place at the RWC Park. In preparation, we want to inform the UCF Community that the RWC Park will be reserved for this event and not available for usage from January 29 to February 4. This event is not open to the public. This action is necessary to ensure a smooth and secure environment for the event. The RWC Park will re-open for the UCF community on Monday, February 5. We understand the significance of the RWC Park as a community space, and we sincerely appreciate your cooperation and understanding during this period. Our commitment is to make this event a success and to continue providing a high-quality recreational experience for our community. All Intramural Sports and Sports Clubs schedules have been adjusted in anticipation of this event and will resume as scheduled the following week. We encourage open rec participants to use other RWC spaces during this time.
